Locnificent Fest 2019
Year two was beautiful. We moved to another Black-owned lounge in Brooklyn, expanding our vision and spotlighting the cultural beauty of locs and natural hair. With more vendors, a larger hair showcase, and live performance, the community grew—and so did the movement.
