Locnificent Fest 2018

yEAR ONE

It all started in the backyard of Acoustik Garden Lounge in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. What was meant to be a one-time loc appreciation day party grew into a celebration of natural hair, diaspora culture, Black business, and community pride. The energy was undeniable, and the people asked for more. From that backyard, a movement was born.
