At our 7th annual fest, we declared it proudly: WE ARE THE BLUEPRINT. LOCnificent Fest 7.0 paid homage to black people being originators, innovators, and visionaries-the culture shapers whose influence runs deep. From powerful panel mixer on October 2nd, the inaugural Locsanity Community Impact Awards, to unforgettable performances and the signature locs and natural hair showcase, 2025 celebrated excellence, legacy, and the community that started it all.
